The Practice Manager or any member of staff will be happy to listen to any suggestions or comments that you may have in order to help us give you a better service. There is a suggestion box located in reception.The Practice Manager is available to answer any non-medical queries which you may have regarding the surgery or the services we offer.
We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager in writing or ask for an appointment to speak to her. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible. We have a Complaints Procedure, a copy of which may be obtained through reception or by clicking on the link below.
