You can be sure that anything you discuss with any member of this practice – doctor, nurse or receptionist – will stay confidential.
Although our reception, administrative and secretarial staff have access to your records in order to perform their duties, they are fully trained about their duty of confidentiality.
For anyone else to have access to your records or information about you (including family members) we will need your written permission. Please enquire with the Patient Care Team for a proxy access form.
